Connect Quantic to Quickbooks
Subscribe to the QuickBooks module
- Login to the Quantic backend portal using a registered email ID/Username and Password.
- Click the left navigation button, scroll down, and click the App Store icon as seen in the screenshot.
- Select the Download button next to QuickBooks Online.
- Tap on the checkbox and select Subscribe.
- Click the Gear (Settings) to start setting up QuickBooks Online.
Set up QuickBooks Online with Quantic
- Tap the QuickBooks Company tab as shown in the screenshot.
- Enter the Company ID in the field box and click.
| Note: You can get the Company ID from your QuickBooks Online portal. Follow this path to get it – Login to QuickBooks > Click the Settings icon on top right > tap Subscriptions and Billing > – you will find the Company ID on top. Copy this ID and paste in the above field. |
- Tap on the Connect to QuickBooks button at the bottom.
- You will be forwarded to the Intuit page, where you can enter your username and password to access the QuickBooks account. The next screen that opens may prompt you to enter your company name for the first time setup.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to allow data syncing.
- You will be prompted to log in to Intuit.
- Enter your Intuit credentials to login.
- Select the Company and click Next.
- Once done, you will land on to the QuickBooks Portal.
- Now you have connected your QB account to Quantic!
