Q: How can we verify if a batch is closed for the day?

We can check this by having them try to close the batch manually. If they click 'Close Batch' and it says not found, then it should be closed. Otherwise calling the processor is the only other way.

Q: How do we change predefined tips on the Q20?

Go into the paxstore and open the file build for the Q20 that the merchant is using. From here go to the tip section and make sure that tip select is turned on and you'll see the tip options listed below. Change the threshold to 0 and adjust the percentages that they want. They can only have 3 options for percentages on this device. The option for 'No Tip Selection' will display a button that says 'No Tip' on the Q20, this should also be enabled.
